WHAT IS THEATRE360
Singapore Repertory Theatre (SRT) has long recognized that the arts are a fragile ecosystem dependent on quality talent to sustain it. However, many do not view a career in the arts as a viable option for their future. We want to change that belief and share that theatre is, in fact, a lucrative career for young Singaporeans.
As industry contributes significant value to the economy, there is a need for capacity-building platforms in the industry for more professional development at an early age. To support this agenda, SRT is announcing Theatre360 — a 360-degree Theatre Industry Experience for Young People (aged 13 to 21 years old).

The action-packed conference will run from 11 to 14 May 2023 (Thursday to Sunday) with activities ranging from panel discussions, performances and workshops from seasoned professionals, industry organizations and new emerging artists and companies.

Join our panel discussions curated to address topics like the current art scene, devising work and pursuing theatre and the arts as a lucrative career for young Singaporeans.
Gain a unique insight into Singapore Repertory Theatre’s training ground for future careers in arts, communications and marketing. Individuals will have an opportunity to take part in aspects of event-planning and management; from fundraising, planning advocacy strategies, forming partnerships, creating media and publicity, following up on previous commitments to wider target audience in relation to theatre and our productions.
